Introduce program benefits to underwriting personnel, management and marketing entities. Create individual and department reporting structure. Announce capability to perform similar audits in response to field concerns.
Conduct and Manage LTC Case Audits
Perform individual case audits in support of underwriting/reinsurance parameters. Create and support standards for individual underwriter scores and manage results accordingly.
Development of Quality Control Program
QC is more than just case underwriting. We're talking QC from application completion to submission to new business processing to underwriting to policy issue. Find those areas that slow business down or result in loss of business.
